Jose Posada Jr. is an Associate Attorney working in King Law’s Morganton, NC office. He previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Catawba County.
Jose received a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from UNC Charlotte in 2007. He was a founding brother of the first Latino fraternity, Lambda Theta Phi Gamma Iota Chapter, at UNC Charlotte. Jose was a president of several student groups and was awarded Student Leader of the Year for 2007-2008. He graduated from David A. Clarke School of Law in 2015.
Jose is originally from Charlotte, NC but currently lives in Western NC. He loves to spend time with his family and his dogs. Jose enjoys hiking, playing soccer, basketball and working out.
