Rhonda Owens is a Lead Conversion Specialist with King Law. She works from the firm’s Forest City, North Carolina office. Daily she is working with prospective clients to schedule appointments and assists the legal teams by responding to incoming calls, emails, website inquires, and chat requests.
Rhonda is originally from Rutherford County, NC. She holds and Associate of Science Degrees in Data Processing and Network Administration from Isothermal Community College. Rhonda is a retired IT Director from Rutherford County Government and has over 30 years of customer service experience.
When she isn’t at work, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to online books, and loving her fur-babies Amarii and Mini.
