Which Plan Is Right for You?
King Law offers three structured packages built for different needs and budgets. All packages include free spouse documents.
Essential Plan
Starting at $1,500
The Essential Plan fits individuals and couples who want the fundamentals in place. If you don't yet have a will, power of attorney, or healthcare directives, this plan gives you and your spouse full legal protection, control over your property, a say in who makes decisions if you're incapacitated, and guardianship provisions for minor children, all without paying for trust planning you may not need yet.
Stewardship Plan
Starting at $2,500
The Stewardship Plan fits families with more complex wishes for how their property is distributed, or who want peace of mind that their plan stays current. The testamentary trust option lets you divide assets beyond simple lump-sum gifts, and a Case Manager and attorney review your file together every two years so your plan evolves as your life and the law change.
Legacy Plan
Starting at $3,500
The Legacy Plan fits families who want to spare their loved ones the time, cost, and public record of probate court. A fully funded Living Trust lets your family carry out your wishes privately and immediately, without court involvement. Annual attorney reviews make this the most hands-on option for families who want ongoing guidance as circumstances change
