Benjamin Waldman is an Associate Attorney with King Law Offices. Benjamin works in the firm’s Rutherford County office in Forest City, North Carolina. Benjamin focuses his practice on Criminal Law.
He obtained his undergraduate degree from UNC-Charlotte and his juris doctor from Michigan State University. While in law school, Benjamin worked for a solo practitioner and the City Attorney office in Lansing, MI where he learned the ropes of many different legal issues. Benjamin also took part in Moot Court competitions and a Tax Clinic.
Benjamin was born and raised in the mountains of Asheville, NC. In his free time, Benjamin enjoys watching and playing sports. Benjamin is a die-hard Michigan State Spartans fan (Go Green!) and he loves to play baseball and pick-up basketball. He is also learning to play piano. He currently lives in Arden, NC with his girlfriend. They have two cats named Spatula and TBD (yes, those are the real names). Benjamin is excited to serve as a legal advocate in North Carolina communities.
