Tim Wallace is an attorney in our Lincoln County, North Carolina office. He enjoys helping clients with Estate Planning, Intellectual Property Law and Business Law matters. Tim has a plethora of experience with commercial real estate, corporate governance and financial law which provides his clients with unique opportunities and benefits.

Tim grew up on a small farm in rural Pennsylvania, graduated from Point Park University (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and had a previous career in product design, manufacturing, and management. He invented or co-invented nine U.S. utility patents for construction and sports equipment. Tim graduated from Liberty University School of Law (Lynchburg, Virginia) where he focused on intellectual property, real estate development, business, and estate law.

Tim and his wife, Martie, live near Lake Norman (Cornelius, North Carolina), with their three dogs and one cat. They love to paddleboard on the lake, snowboard out west, golf where it’s cheap, and relax at the beach.
