Jeffrey Day is a civil litigator for King Law Offices. He works primarily from the Hickory office, but handles civil law cases in the following counties: Burke, Caldwell, McDowell, Catawba, and Cleveland. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina.
Jeff is originally from Lancaster, PA but has lived in the Carolinas since 2014. He graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a B.S. in Sociology in 2017 and Charleston School of Law with a J.D. in 2021. At Gardner-Webb, he was a student manager for the men’s basketball team, a member of Sigma Tau Delta, and spent much of his time engaged in community service through GWU’s Center for Personal and Professional Development. At Charleston School of Law, he was involved with the Animal Legal Defense Fund and the Entertainment and Sports Law organizations.
Jeff currently resides in Hickory with his dog Koda and cat Dorian. His favorite spots in Hickory are the Hickory Crawdads, the Hickory Wine Shoppe, and Soma Church. He enjoys playing all sports and is part of the undefeated back-to-back championship winning YMCA basketball team “The Joshuas.” When he isn’t busy cheering for the Yankees, Celtics, Giants, Flyers, or Duke, he enjoys reading, cooking, long walks, and a Saturday on the lake.
