Jeffrey Day is an associate attorney practicing civil law in the Morganton, NC office of King Law. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina.
Jeffrey is originally from Lancaster, PA but has lived in the Carolinas since 2014. Jeffrey attended Gardner-Webb University and Charleston School of Law, graduating with a B.S. in Sociology in 2017 and a J.D. in 2021. At Gardner-Webb, Jeffrey was a student manager for the men’s basketball team, a member of Sigma Tau Delta, and spent much of his time engaged in community service through GWU’s Center for Personal and Professional Development. Jeffrey was involved with Animal Legal Defense Fund and Entertainment and Sports Law organizations while attending Charleston School of Law.
Jeffrey currently resides in Hickory, NC with his dog Koda and cat Dorian. He enjoys playing sports, rooting for the Yankees, Celtics, Flyers, Giants, and Duke, and is an avid reader of classical literature.
