Allie Bushelli is a Partner in King Law’s Hendersonville, North Carolina office and serves families and seniors throughout western North Carolina. She joined King Law in January 2020 and focuses her practice in estate planning and elder law—two areas of law that allow her to help clients protect what matters most: their loved ones, their health, and their legacy. In addition to her client work, Allie serves as the Vice Chair of the firm’s Transactional Law Practice Area Group, helping shape firm-wide strategy and best practices for transactional legal matters.
Allie’s approach to law is rooted in listening first, explaining options clearly, and crafting solutions tailored to each client’s goals. She understands that legal planning is not one-size-fits-all and works to ensure her clients leave with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
Allie is also honored to be recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, a distinction awarded to only the top 2.5% of eligible attorneys nationwide. This recognition reflects Allie’s strong professional reputation, proven results for clients, and commitment to excellence both inside and outside the courtroom.
