About Us

Rustin Duncan is the managing partner for King Law’s South Carolina offices. He is a lifelong native and resident of Greenville, South Carolina. He works from the firm’s Greer office and covers the Upstate of South Carolina. With fifteen years of experience, Rusty currently practices primarily in the areas of family law,  adoptions, juvenile matters, civil litigationbusiness & employment lawelder law and wills/estates.

Community Involvement

Rusty is a former member of the Tryon Rotary Club and has volunteered legal services for Steps to Hope in the past.  He was a member of the Greer Chamber of Commerce and has appeared as a guest speaker at Greer Relief Ministries on legal related topics.  He is active in the community.  He has been interviewed on News Channel 7 for a law related story and has guest posted on legal blogs. 

Rusty previously served on the Board of Directors for the Travelers Rest Historical Society and currently serves as an appointed community member on the School Improvement Committee at Paris Elementary School.

Outside Of King Law

Rusty is an active member of Taylors First Baptist Church in Taylors, South Carolina, where he is currently a deacon, serves on the finance committee and is first grade Sunday School teacher.  He has also served on the safety team and as a youth basketball coach.

Rusty and his wife, Anna, have two children and reside in Greenville, South Carolina.
