Kimberly Mullinax is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal who began working with King Law in September of 2002. She has more than seventeen years experience in the legal field with experience in the areas of family law, civil litigation, tax foreclosure, and real estate, among others.
Kimberly currently serves the firm in the capacity of General Manager from the Forest City, North Carolina law office. She works closely with all new employees, our client service team, relationship team, consult specialist team, and IT to manage the firm’s website and marketing needs. In addition, she spends time in the community representing King Law.
Kimberly is a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Cornelius where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology with a minor in Sociology. In 2010, she completed her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Duke University and passed the North Carolina State Bar Paralegal Certification Exam.
Outside of the office, Kimberly is actively involved in her church, Campfield Memorial Baptist Church, where she currently serves as a 2nd-3rd grade Children’s Sunday School teacher and is the former church treasurer. She also volunteers with the Rutherford County Distinguished Young Women Scholarship Program and co-owns Creative Motorsports, Inc. with her husband, Frankie. Kimberly resides in Forest City, North Carolina with Frankie, their daughter Karley and two spoiled-rotten dachshunds, Griffin and Tanner.
