Melanie Larkins is a Senior Associate in our Greer and Spartanburg Offices. Her practice focuses on the many types of Elder Law including Estate Planning and Probate Administration.
She received her B.S. in Marketing from North Greenville University and earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, she served as the research editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Education. She was also an active member of the peer mentorship program.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband Trent and caring for her golden retriever puppy Leia.
