Taylor Poteat is the case manager in the Marion, North Carolina office. Taylor works closely with our team of Marion attorneys and other legal team members to provide client support.
Taylor has worked for New Hope of McDowell to help victims of domestic or sexual violence. She spent most of her time in the McDowell courthouse. This is where she fell in love with the legal system. She is a McDowell county native and has lived in this community that she loves her entire life, Go Titans! She loves being apart of this community and is super involved in fundraisers, festivals, McDowell Fire College and other county events. This has helped her stay connected to the people and the events.
She has a five-year-old daughter whom she has raised on my own and is the absolute light of her life and she keeps her very busy outside of work. Taylor lives on a beautiful family farm whereas a child they breed Tennessee walking horses. But since the passing of her Dad they now have different horses, goats, a miniature donkey, chickens, and a pig. Not to mention the heard of dogs she has that believe they are humans, three dogs. She is a huge animal lover and enjoy working on the farm with her daughter. It is something she grew up doing and made precious memories with her Dad. She looks forward to sharing these memories and making new ones with her daughter.
