Krista Peace is a Senior Associate Attorney based primarily in our Asheville and Hendersonville, North Carolina offices. Krista focuses her practice in the area of Family Law and Family Law Appeals.
Krista earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Studies at Colby-Sawyer College and her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. After graduating from law school, Krista immersed herself in the field of family law where she discovered a passion for helping clients navigate the unique legal and emotional challenges that family law disputes present.
While in law school, Krista participated in several pro bono projects and served as a Certified Student Attorney for the Consumer Financial Transactions Law Clinic as well as the Community Development Law Clinic. She was also a Competing Member on the International Law Moot Court Team, served as the Online Editor of the UNC Journal of International Law, and was awarded the Eugene Gressman & Daniel H. Pollitt Oral Advocacy Award in recognition of outstanding research, writing, and oral advocacy.
In her free time, Krista enjoys gardening, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and their dogs.
