King Law is a fast-paced law firm with office locations across both North and South Carolina. The firm’s headquarters is in Forest City, North Carolina and home to the intake team. The firm is seeking a Client Service Representative to join the intake team.

A Client Service Representative is the first point of contact with prospective clients (new leads). This position is responsible for ensuring no missed calls at any of the firm’s 15 locations, scheduling/partnering the prospective client with a team member for consultation, and completing additional follow-up until such time the lead becomes a client of the firm.

Creating a positive impression of the firm and staff is paramount for a Client Service Representative – Often, our clients are dealing with troubling and potentially traumatic personal and legal issues. This position requires a high degree of compassion, empathy, and efficiency.

The position is fast-paced. The ability to multitask is essential. The selected candidate will be expected to work with a team of professionals to answer incoming calls, respond to incoming emails, form submissions and website chat requests, obtain new lead information, complete conflict of interest checks, set-up files, process payments by phone, complete follow-up tasks and communicate with staff and clients of the firm.

Position may also be responsible for front office duties: greeting office visitors, processing mail, scanning documents, processing payments, preparing bank deposits, providing notary services at document signings, managing office supplies and office cleaning, and assisting the firm’s General Manager.

The ultimate goal of the Case Manager is to optimize the client experience and manage the client/firm relationship from start to finish.
