King Law’s Forest City office is seeking a client services representative to join our intake team. The selected candidate must possess excellent computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, placing reminder and follow-up calls, and data entry.

A suitable candidate will be able to work independently and follow both written and oral instructions. In addition, one must be well organized, have strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to type accurately, and able to adjust priorities to accommodate an evolving list of task in both a timely and efficient manner.
