Biography
Kimberly Mullinax is a North Carolina-certified paralegal who began working with King Law in September 2002. She has more than 23 years of experience in the legal field, including family law, civil litigation, tax foreclosure, and real estate.
Kimberly currently serves as General Manager at the firm’s Forest City, North Carolina, law office. She works closely with all new employees, our client service team, relationship team, consult specialist team, and IT to manage the firm’s website and marketing needs. In addition, she spends time in the community representing King Law.
Kimberly is a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology with a minor in Sociology. In 2010, she completed her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Duke University and passed the North Carolina State Bar Paralegal Certification Exam.
Outside of the office, Kimberly loves traveling and making memories with family, especially her nieces and nephews. Her favorite trip to date has been Alaska, though she’ll happily admit she prefers warm weather and a beach whenever possible. She’s a regular at Supercross and Motocross events and country music concerts, and she co-owns Creative Motorsports, Inc. with her husband, Frankie.
Kimberly lives in Forest City, North Carolina, with Frankie, their daughter Karley, two golden retrievers, Maple and Oliver, and two dachshunds, Griffin and Tanner.
