Morris Named President of District 41 Judicial Bar

Attorney Tom Morris of King Law Offices, PLLC has been named President of the District 41 Judicial Bar.  The Judicial District Bar is a subdivision of the North Carolina State Bar and carries out certain responsibilities to comply with North Carolina laws.

Tom Morris will serve as President on behalf of the district bar composed of both Rutherford and McDowell Counties.  Morris and other elected officers are responsible for corresponding with district bar councilors regarding updates from the State Bar Council, following guidelines imposed by the State Bar, calling annual and special meetings, overseeing committee responsibilities, managing a roster of district bar membership, and other requirements as outline by the State Bar.

Attorney Morris joined the bar in 2018 and is a Junior Partner with King Law Offices, PLLC, based in the Forest City, North Carolina office.  Morris practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation, criminal law, and estate & elder law.
