Samantha Oomen is a Lead Conversion Specialist with King Law. She works from the firm’s Forest City, North Carolina office. Daily she is working with prospective clients to schedule appointments and assists the legal teams by responding to incoming calls, emails, website inquires, and chat requests.
Samantha has over ten years of customer service experience, primarily in retail and manufacturing, as well as a little in healthcare.
Samantha was born and raised in the lower Tri-State area of NY, until the age of 24, when she decided to move to North Carolina. She has one dog, Maverick and three cats, Garfield, Sunday and Luna. She likes to spend her free time taking Maverick hiking, going to the Purple Martin Trail stream or to the dog park. Samantha also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, making art, as well as discovering new shops, restaurants, and cafes.
