Area of Focus
Nick is a Partner in the Asheville office of King Law and serves as the Chair of King Law’s Civil Litigation Practice Area Group. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, covering a broad range of dispute-driven matters with experience across multiple practice areas developed throughout his career in North Carolina and beyond.
Professional Background
Nick rejoined King Law in April 2022, having previously worked with the firm from January 2020 to April 2021. He earned his undergraduate degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago in 2012 and went on to receive his law degree from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina in 2017. Following law school, Nick practiced in the Southern Pines and Raleigh areas of North Carolina, where he gained experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law before relocating to Western North Carolina and returning to King Law.
Community and Personal Life
Nick grew up in Colonial Heights, Virginia, just outside of Richmond. His early roots in Virginia and later professional experience across multiple regions of North Carolina have shaped his perspective and approach to client representation.
