Mike Bednarik is a senior associate at King Law. He provided services to clients from the Shelby and Charlotte, North Carolina Offices.
Mike is a 1977 graduate of Wake Forest University and a 1980 graduate of Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. He began working in a law office in 1978 with the L.A. office of Donovan Leisure Newton and Irvine, being hired on as a litigation managing attorney upon graduation from law school. Since returning to North Carolina in 1981, Mike has focused his attention on managing and litigating personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security Disability cases. He has developed a strong passion for helping injured and disabled clients in securing compensation against insurance companies and the government. Over the past 40 years, Mike has tried hundreds of cases in State court, as well as having handled many work-related injury cases, and over a thousand Social Security Disability hearings. His experience is invaluable in assessing an injured person’s rights and remedies.
Mike and his wife of 37 years, Beverly, live in Charlotte, and they enjoy travel, having made annual trips overseas for the past 30 years. Mike has recently retired from teaching in the Paralegal Technology Program at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte for nearly 20 years.
