Before pursuing a career in law, Michael gained valuable professional experience working in a dental office, where he honed his skills in client service and team collaboration. Ultimately, his calling to serve others more directly and with greater impact led him to law school. He graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2021. During law school, Michael developed a strong interest in advocacy and family law, preparing him for his current role as a trusted advisor and advocate for families in need.
Although originally from Pennsylvania, Michael has built both his career and his home in North Carolina. He currently resides in Shelby, NC, and works from King Law’s Asheville office. From there, he represents clients across Western North Carolina counties including Buncombe, Henderson, McDowell, Polk, Rutherford, Haywood, and others. His connection to this region fuels his passion for serving the community, and he considers it a privilege to stand by clients during pivotal moments in their lives.
Community and Personal Life
Outside the office, Michael enjoys spending time in the outdoors, where he finds both balance and inspiration. Whether hiking in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains or exploring wooded trails, he values nature’s restorative power. Michael is also an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to his hometown Philadelphia teams, and he enjoys keeping up with games whenever possible. In quieter moments, he can be found reading, studying new subjects, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
