Jeffrey Day is an attorney with King Law, based primarily in the Morganton office and serving clients across Caldwell, McDowell, Catawba, and Cleveland counties. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing clients in a range of civil matters with practical, results-driven advocacy.
Professional Background
Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Gardner-Webb University in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2021. During his time at Gardner-Webb, he served as a student manager for the men’s basketball team, was a member of Sigma Tau Delta, and actively participated in community service through the university’s Center for Personal and Professional Development. While attending Charleston School of Law, he remained engaged in extracurricular and professional development activities, including involvement with the Animal Legal Defense Fund and the Entertainment and Sports Law organizations.
Community and Personal Life
Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Jeff has called the Carolinas home since 2014 and currently resides in Hickory with his dog, Koda, and his cat, Dorian. He enjoys spending time in the local community, with favorite Hickory spots including the Hickory Crawdads, the Hickory Wine Shoppe, and Soma Church. Outside of work, he stays active through sports and is part of the undefeated, back-to-back championship YMCA basketball team known as “The Joshuas.” In his free time, he enjoys reading, cooking, long walks, and spending Saturdays at the lake, as well as following his favorite sports teams.
