Jacquelyn Miner is a Partner and estate and elder law attorney with King Law Offices, working out of the firm’s McDowell County office in Marion, North Carolina. As a member of the King Law Legacy Law Group, she provides dedicated legal services to clients throughout McDowell County and adjoining counties across Western North Carolina, including Buncombe, Rutherford, Burke, and Avery. In addition to her client work, Jacquelyn serves as a mentor to other associates at the firm, sharing her knowledge and practical strategies to help newer attorneys develop their skills and provide the high-quality service King Law clients expect.

Jacquelyn lives in McDowell County with her husband and daughter, along with their two beloved dogs, Pheebee and Dolly Pawton. In her free time, she enjoys reading fiction novels, walking with her dogs, and spending quality time with her family. She finds joy in the natural beauty of Western North Carolina and values the close-knit community she calls home.
