Her goal is to create a relationship of trust by ensuring clients feel valued, respected, informed, and understood. Whether negotiating a settlement or advocating in court, Brooke’s approach prioritizes stability, practical solutions, and the long-term well-being of her clients and their families.

Professional Background

Brooke’s law school experience was uniquely shaped by the COVID-19 pandemic, which began midway through her legal education. She completed her final year via remote learning and ultimately sat for the first-ever remote administration of the North Carolina Bar Exam. While challenging, this period strengthened her adaptability, problem-solving skills, and self-discipline, teaching her to excel independently, remain efficient in unpredictable circumstances, and approach obstacles with both strategy and composure, qualities her clients depend on today.

Before joining King Law, Brooke spent four years as in-house counsel for a North Carolina local government entity. This prior role expanded her understanding of administrative processes, public service responsibilities, and the intersection between individual rights and institutional systems. The experience gave her a unique perspective when navigating matters involving public services, local agencies, or complex family cases that may require multidisciplinary support.

Community and Personal Life

Outside of her legal practice, Brooke is an adventurer at heart. She loves traveling and has set a personal goal to visit every state before expanding her journeys worldwide. Much of her exploration happens in the car she purchased at sixteen, now cleverly converted into a camper. When not traveling, she expresses her creativity through home improvement projects, handmade gifts, and hands-on crafting. These outlets help her maintain a healthy work-life balance and allow her to show up for her clients as her best, most grounded self.

Brooke is proud to be part of King Law, a firm that emphasizes compassion, innovation, collaboration, and trusted advocacy. As her career continues to grow, she remains committed to delivering exceptional service, supporting families through transitions, and making meaningful differences in her clients’ lives.
