Area of Focus
Britney Ray serves as the Lead Case Manager for the Newland, North Carolina office. In this role, she is often the first point of contact for clients and works closely with the Newland County attorneys and fellow case managers to help guide cases through each stage of the legal process. Her focus is on client communication, intake coordination, and ensuring clients feel supported and informed from the very beginning of their experience with King Law.

Britney brings 12 years of customer service experience across a variety of industries, giving her a strong foundation in client relations and service management. She is also a licensed cosmetologist and has spent 10 years owning and operating a lodging facility, further developing her skills in business operations, customer care, and day-to-day management. A native of Avery County, Britney combines her professional experience with a deep understanding of the local community she serves.
Community and Personal Life
Britney has been married to her husband, Justin, for over 16 years, and together they have two teenage children, Ayden and Caleigh. Much of their time is spent supporting their children’s sports and staying active as a family. The Rays enjoy an outdoor, sports-centered lifestyle and are known for their competitive spirit. They are also active members of Open Door Baptist Church, where they stay involved in their faith community and local fellowship.
