Kimberly Mullinax is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal who began working with King Law in September of 2002. She has over thirteen years experience in the legal field with work in the areas of family law, civil litigation, tax foreclosure and real estate, among others. She is a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology with a minor in Sociology. In 2010, she completed her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Duke University and passed the North Carolina State Bar Paralegal Certification Exam.
Kimberly currently serves as an Ambassador with the Cleveland County Chamber of Commerce and as a board member with the Rutherford County Chamber of behalf of King Law Offices.
Outside of the office, Kimberly is actively involved in her church, Campfield Memorial Baptist Church, where she currently serves on the Children’s Council, as a 2nd-3rd grade Children’s Sunday School Teacher and as Church Treasurer. She also volunteers with the Rutherford County Distinguished Young Women Scholarship Program and operates her own Paparazzi Accessories business as an independent consultant. Kimberly resides in Forest City with her husband, Frankie, and daughter, Karley.
