Kimberly Mullinax is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal who began working with King Law in September of 2002. She has over fifteen years experience in the legal field with work in the areas of family law, civil litigation, tax foreclosure, and real estate, among others. Kimberly is a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology with a minor in Sociology. In 2010, she completed her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Duke University and passed the North Carolina State Bar Paralegal Certification Exam.
Kimberly currently serves the firm in the capacity of Marketing Coordinator. She works closely with our client service team, managing the firm’s website and spends time in the community representing King Law. Kimberly Mullinax is an Ambassador with the Cleveland County Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Board of Directors for the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and as co-chair of the Rutherford County Chamber Ambassador program.
Outside of the office, Kimberly is actively involved in her church, Campfield Memorial Baptist Church, where she currently serves as a 2nd-3rd grade Children’s Sunday School teacher, Bible Skills leader, on the Constitution Committee, and as Church Treasurer. She also volunteers with the Rutherford County Distinguished Young Women Scholarship Program and co-owns Creative Motorsports, Inc. with her husband, Frankie. Kimberly resides in Forest City, North Carolina with Frankie, their daughter Karley and two spoiled-rotten dachshunds, Griffin and Tanner.
